These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Nubbly mobile application (“the App”), provided by Objective-Z (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Nubbly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who Can Play
Nubbly is designed for general audiences and may be enjoyed by children once they are familiar with basic multiplication and division. If you are under the age of 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before playing. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial enjoyment. All rights, title, and interest in Nubbly (including all graphics, code, and content) remain with us.
iCLOUD SYNC
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your game progress and settings will be stored securely in your personal iCloud account. This data is managed by Apple and is not accessible to us. Using iCloud sync allows you to keep your progress up to date across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App.
- Use cheats, automation tools, or exploits.
- Use the App in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.
4. Game Center, iCloud & Ads
- Game Center: If you choose to sign in with Game Center, Apple manages your login and profile. We do not store your Game Center data.
- iCloud Sync (if enabled): Your game progress is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. We cannot access this data.
- Ads: The App may show ads provided by Google AdMob, which are subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies.
5. In-App Purchases
Some features (such as removing ads) may be available for purchase. All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s policies.
6. No Collection of Personal Data
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. All game data remains on your device or, if iCloud is enabled, in your iCloud account.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or at our website. Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are resident in another country, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions and legal rights available to you under the laws of that country.
